BECOME A CLIENT OF EURO BROKER
1) Before concluding a Contract for cooperation concerning securities trading on a stock exchange with EURO BROKER, the broker is obligated to present the general conditions in providing by the brokerage house EURO BROKER JSC Skopje. The General conditions is a document where the rights and obligations of EURO BROKER are precisely defined. The Tariff for the fees for the provided services by EURO BROKERis approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission and is transparently presented in the offices of EURO BROKER.
2) When selling or purchasing securities you need to provide the following documentation to EURO BROKER Inc. Skopje:
For Legal entities:
1) When selling/buying securities the legal entity must present an original Letter of Decision for selling/buying securities signed by the managing body of the legal entity - Proprietor of a certain amount of securities;
2) Authority to sign, to a natural person, formal documents for purchasing and selling common shares;
3) Court registration of the legal entity (not older than 6 months);
4) Copy of a tax card;
5) Copy of a Payment operations bureau Form (authorized signatory);
6) Copy of a denar account opened in a Macedonian bank.
For Foreign Legal entities:
1) Court registration of the legal entity (not older than 6 months) (an original document or a copy verified by authorized notary and translated in Macedonian language by court translator);
2) Tax card (a copy verified by notary and translated in Macedonian language by court translator);
3) Payment operations bureau Form (authorized signatory form) (a copy verified by authorized notary and translated in Macedonian language by court translator);
4) If the manager of the legal entity is not present then there has to be provided an Authority to sign, to a natural person, formal documents for purchasing and selling securities on the Macedonian stock exchange (an original document verified by authorized notary and translated in Macedonian language by court translator);
5) Copy of a non-resident foreign currency and denar account opened in a Macedonian bank.
6) When selling securities the legal entity must present an original Letter of Decision for selling securities signed by the managing body of the legal entity - Proprietor of a certain amount of securities;
For Natural persons:
1) Identity card or other document for identification;
2) Statement of an account in the Central Securities Depository Inc ;
3) Copy of a denar account opened in a Macedonian bank.
For Foreign Natural persons:
1) Passport (an original document and a copy verified by authorized notary and translated in Macedonian language by court translator);
2) Copy of a non-resident foreign currency and denar account opened in a Macedonian bank.
3) After the Contract for cooperation concerning securities trading on a stock exchange with EURO BROKER is concluded, the client has to sign an Authorization to open a new account and/or Authorization for preview/reservation on the client’s account in the Central Securities Depositary JSC Skopje. All the securities owned by the client are held on this account. 4) After the Contract is concluded, the client should fulfill a Form with details for new clients
